Greg talks with Julie Rorison, Executive Assistant to the Mayor of St. Catharines and Chair of the Niagara Leadership Summit for Women, which takes place annually in October at Brock University. The NLSW, put on by the YWCA of Niagara Region, features a full day of celebration and information of women's leadership. This year's keynote speaker was Shirley Cheechoo, Chancellor of Brock University and Canada's first woman and first aboriginal university Chancellor. Greg and Julie discuss how she came up with the idea for the summit, why it's important, promoting a renewed sense of pride in Niagara and more.
